May 2022 Primary Conservative Voting Guide for Idaho District 6

A few notes on people I want to highlight. Some of these are running unopposed. Some are the best choice, but not necessary great (as usual).

United States Senator: Scott Trotter

Representative for Congress: Russ Fulcher

I’ve really appreciated him over the years. Not perfect, but solid.

Governor: Janice McGeachin

Proven track record of opposing government overreach during Covid.

Lt. Governor: Priscilla Giddings

Note: Pro-life voting record is troubling. Very conservative on most issues. I left blank.

Secretary of State: Dorothy Moon

State controller: Brandon Wolfe

State Treasurer: Julie A Ellsworth

Attorney General: Raúl Labrador

Strong endorsement. Solid, strategic vote.

Superintendent of Education: Brandon Durst

Legislative District 6 Senator: Dan Foreman

Dan is an uncompromised man of principal, and has led the charge on pro life issues during his last term. Heartily endorse.

State Representative A: Claudia Dalby

State Representative B: Brandon Mitchell

Brandon has been great during his last term. Communicates well with constituents, with good voting record.

County Commissioner District Two: Brian A Bloomis

County Commissioner District Three: Carl Berglund

Carl is a staunch constitutionalist. Heartily endorse.

Precinct Committeeman and Voters’ Delegate to the Party’s County and District Conventions: WRITE IN Eric Meyer

Eric Meyer is registered as a write-in candidate. Heartily endorse.

Clerk of the District Court: Julie Fry

County Treasurer: Peggy Gottschalk

2nd Judicial District Court Judge: Michelle Evans (probably best choice)
